Please carefully consider your order as Hannah Jane Designs does not offer returns. Exchange may be negotiated if there is a defect, please contact Hannah directly if you wish to exchange an item.

Orders will be packed and sent within a fortnight of being made. Please understand that this business is run alongside Hannah's busy life as a teacher. 

All orders are prepared by Hannah Jane from Reservoir, Victoria and sent via Australia Post. Generally arriving between 5-7 business days.
